The concessionaire type business that Jack and Howard operated can help Centerplate generate revenue. The jobs involved with those kinds of stands will be manned by the same kinds of summer employees that have always manned them. As for Carolina installations, the Backyard area is gone and the Paddock has been re-configured with nothing in the center area anymore. As a result, the Paddock Sausage cart is moving to the end of the Arcade Walk past the jock's room, and there is a 2nd Clubhouse cart added as well. Everything else is the same at Carousel, the Grandstand and Pavillion.
