Not related but this line from the article was a classic

Mr Irwin has a had a reputation in the past for uh...lying to his trainers about when they were getting paid.

Who knows? Probably couldn't get box seats for all his owners, while Repole took six boxes with two entries, scratched one and kept the seats.

There is a reason why people dont bend over backwards for the guy. I think you can figure out why...

I mean this is a guy who stood on his soapbox and declared that Team Valor would have a zero tolerance attitude towards drugs...then take a look at the list of trainers he employed AFTER that proclamation.
