hopefully they fire the gate crew and start over...all friggin year its been a problem not to mention the at the gate scatches...tossing you on a fav you didnt want..arggggggggggggggggg...

I loved Easy Goer. Now THAT was an exciting year for racing.

how the hell do you remember that year?
You are like my age and all I remember were like 3 races. too busy going to little league practice and egging houses to watch horse racing everyday.

That was the main year I started watching racing... I loved Easy Goer and my sister loved Sunday Silence. It was just fun, obviously, but those two had a great rivalry going on. I definitely wasn't parked at the local OTB or anything.

was starting to wonder what kind of 9YO you were.


yeah, I watched the triple crown and Breeders Cup races with my dad at that age.
thats about all I remember.
I just remember being upset about a west coast horse beating the best from NY.
that will never seem right.
