![]() I try really hard not to accuse folks who actually buy into this crap of being racist but it's becoming harder by the day. I've followed politics since the late 50's and have never seen anything like the right's personal attacks on a sitting President. There were snide remarks about Bush's academics and intelligence but not by candidates and nowhere near this degree. Wallace played the race card and sadly drew significant support but was quickly rejected by both parties. Nixon learned early on how to play to the nation's paranoia....but man oh man, what's next for the Obama haters?

the left is the party of the KKK and other hate groups accusing others will not change that fact how many times have the left said things about George Bush even calling for his assassination Bush is smarter than John Kerry and Obama - his grades are proof of that Obama has provided no proof it takes him 2 years just to provide a birth certificate that looks nothing like mine. Where are the foot prints?

![]() "I think the media is loving this because they want to make birthers, as they call people who are just curious about the President of the United States and his background and his associations and his consistency with what he says today versus what he said in both the memoirs that he wrote or Bill Ayers or whomever wrote them—the media is loving the fact that some curious Americans are actually asking the questions. And they're trying to make those curious Americans sound kind of crazy. So the media is loving this issue and they're perpetuating the issue, trying to make it sound really worse than it is."—Sarah Palin, in an interview with Fox News' Greta van Susteren, April 26, 2011

![]() Unfortunately regardless of whether he is or not, a lot of folks are! When I taught crisis intervention, I stressed that folks in crisis reach a point where verbal intervention is useless cause they simply don't hear, their emotions have exploded and they are deaf to the world....same with the Obama haters!

![]() from USA today
Kerry's grades were made public this past week by the Boston Globe, which found them in his U.S. Navy officer training school application. During the campaign, Kerry refused to waive privacy restrictions for the full file, but gave the Navy permission to release the documents last month, the Globe reported. The transcript showed that he got four Ds in his freshman year, Bush received one D in his four years, in astronomy. At the time, Yale considered grades between 70 and 79 a C and 60 to 69 a D. "I always told my Dad that D stood for distinction," Kerry said in a written response to reporters' questions, the Globe reported. Bush, in an interview last Wednesday with Neil Cavuto on Fox News Channel, was asked what he thought about the release of the Kerry transcripts. He chuckled and replied, "I didn't think much about it. You know, I've always tried to lower expectations, and I feel like if people say, well, you know, maybe, you know, I don't think you (can) handle the tough job, and when you do, it impresses people even more. But my view is the campaign is over." Cavuto, however, pressed on: " Yes. He was billed as the intellectual, though, and you had better grades in college." But Bush did not jump at the opportunity to revel in it: "Yes. Well, as I said, I like to lower expectations." the crap about the birth certificate is in jest but it still doesn't look like the one I have I am seldom serious but Somer believes that a republican not agreeing with or voting for a democrat is racist.
