While Amen Hallelujah still will most likely be scratched by the stewards before betting opens at Keeneland Race Course today, the 2-to-1 morning-line favorite for the Madison Stakes (G1) was not listed in the early scratches.
IEAH Stables President Michael Iavarone confirmed that the connections have launched legal efforts to allow Amen Hallelujah to race on Thursday, as well as Court Vision in the Maker’s Mark Mile Stakes (G1) on Friday. http://www.thoroughbredtimes.com/rac...scratches.aspx
