I'm saying that a good number of people on welfare are at the end of their rope and probably are paycheck to paycheck with no backup. You probably had some backup. Put yourself in a position where you have no money, no backup a family to feed. Pretty desperate no? Now multiply that by the number of people having their welfare taken away according to your master plan. Are you saying NONE of them will resort to criminal activity? If you are you are very very naive. If I were put in that situation I can't say with all honesty that I wouldn't resort to criminal activity.
