Getting back on track EMTALA was NOT even mentioned.
And I understand Riot's concern because maybe this does step on EMTALA just as Death Panels will potentially be present with Obamacare ie if you have an extra tens of million patients covered who gets ER surgery in the case of an emergency abortion after an accident if there is a waiting line? It could never be the lady in front of the lady that's paying for both, could it?
