But again, as the House Republicans are apparently unable to follow their own rules (that they just voted upon), and have placed silly and unrealistic restrictions on the ability of themselves bring bills out of Committee, it appears they have shot themselves in the foot and this bill is stuck in committee <vbg>

Ive had a great Valentine's Day. Had lunch at Red Lobster wife my wife. I enjoyed my Valentine's Day very much. I didnt have to see your face in any way, shape, or form.

Getting back on track EMTALA was NOT even mentioned.

And I understand Riot's concern because maybe this does step on EMTALA just as Death Panels will potentially be present with Obamacare ie if you have an extra tens of million patients covered who gets ER surgery in the case of an emergency abortion after an accident if there is a waiting line?

It could never be the lady in front of the lady that's paying for both, could it?
