actually dell, much as i admire your tenacity, they are. you see, any money collected by the federal govt goes into a kitty. they can refer to an ss trust fund (that doesn't exist, that is a misnomer) or to medicare/medicaid (listed separately on your paystub and w-2, but goes into one general fund as well), etc...but all money collected by fed goes to the fed to parcel out. so any illegal paying s.s. with an incorrect number is funding anything the fed funds, including v.a. benefits.
now, it would be helpful if riot would just explain that, rather than getting into her usual routine of accusing someone of lacking comprehension skills- but that would be too easy.
