It's almost impossible to do unless you start shooting people. When they do catch them they just ship them back and most will try again. The nature of the land and the vast area to cover makes it extremely hard to cover without a far greater force. And since we are broke I dont think that the taxpayers will stomach the billions that it would take to expand the force that way. Plus Democrats are happy to play to the growing Hispanic voting bloc and wont push for greater coverage and the GOP is preaching cost cutting. So what we get is what we get. Idle threats from Janet N.
