![]() I just looked up the chart for race 3 at SA yesterday, and as strange as it is that the trifecta was not cancelled on a three horse field, to me it's stranger still that a $1 tri paid $1.50 when the race finished in odds order.
A 50% yield on the most popular combination, and with no extra runners in the race? What am I missing? Did many people make the point to put the longshot first in their combo due to the short field? The payoff was identical also to the exacta. |
