Yeah I dont feel like sweet cakes or sweet baby is condescending. Certainly wouldnt report it to my dog let alone the boss. And the a-hole remark seemed to be on point.

Like coach said, if a man would have made a similar comment to another man it would be laughed off. some women are way too dramatic.

Really, if a male or female co-worker would have had that type of conversation with me, It wouldnt have even crossed my mind that it was inappropriate.

Seeing as someone else reported it, I imagine it was the tone more than what was said and it was targeted towards one individual and not the normal behavior of the person who said it.
