I think I'll forget my original idea and that mine should be to totally ignore Rare Bog.

Geez he makes TFM seem like, well...

It seems 2 me that Bore Rag is just looking for some Yoyos(TM) with strings hanging out of their pockets so he can pull it....this is a very good choice for your resolution.
