ABM's (u know those that shoot down nukes should be exempt) but not this crew! Hey maybe say Venezuela will have nukes soon and we may need to shoot them down never mind the ruskies!
simple leave them out and equal IBM's / Warheads between the USA minus our squatters, Russia and China. I'm sure the GOP and common sense is onboard! Sidebar to riot. Do you think missle defense systems in existence or those to come should be a part of START? If not we're on the same side! Finally!!!!!!!
