Wow.

Chip Wooley is a positive factor? He was an okay 2 year old on synth that got pretty good for about 5 weeks as a 3 year old. He was never going to get back to that form. His owners were a bit overzealous with his placings this year and were too stubborn to run him where he belongs.

Lukas is a shell of his former self, but give me a break with some of this.

I feel like MTB just decided he was done. "Silent Tom" Smith couldn't have snapped him out of it. It's a shame. He looked so much better, and you really rooted for the lil guy, but it wasn't to be.
