If this was a merger why couldnt they use the original Yobet platform with the Twinspires TV. Right now they seem like they are trying to re-invent the wheel with thier crappy Twinspires express. Why are they asking for feedback when they already know what we want??

I just watched the Hollywood Derby.

According to the Twin Spires start times listed for today under "change tracks", Hollywood's first race will be getting under way here in another 10-15 minutes or so.

I kept getting kicked off Twinspires TV every time I placed a bet today.
My bet would not go through when it happened either.

Yes, they have some serious bugs.

I could be wrong, but I think the people that have had TS accounts previously are not having any issues. It seems the issues are popping up for the people that were converted from YB to TS recently.

{insert i told you so line right here}

it was just a matter of time until you became a TS user, one way or another!!

but really, the service has been shaky at best lately, customer service is nonexistent, and don't be shocked with the skiddish sometimes just dropped signal while trying to watch races, especially on big days

I agree. Twinspires has been smooth for me, expect for Derby Days.

Since they are adding customers, it will be interesting to see if they can handle the new business - not off to a great start.

I am currently in a dispute with XpressBet. I signed up with them for a back-up during a bet $100, get a $100 promotion. I've bet my $100 - they haven't given me my kickback although they replied to my email saying I'd get it within 24 hours (over a week ago).

I've never had any problems other than on Derby day. My bank was giving me a hard time once, and their customer service was more than helpful. That being said, I'm not sure the merger was a good thing.
