I could be wrong, but I think the people that have had TS accounts previously are not having any issues. It seems the issues are popping up for the people that were converted from YB to TS recently.

{insert i told you so line right here}

it was just a matter of time until you became a TS user, one way or another!!

but really, the service has been shaky at best lately, customer service is nonexistent, and don't be shocked with the skiddish sometimes just dropped signal while trying to watch races, especially on big days

I agree. Twinspires has been smooth for me, expect for Derby Days.

Since they are adding customers, it will be interesting to see if they can handle the new business - not off to a great start.

I am currently in a dispute with XpressBet. I signed up with them for a back-up during a bet $100, get a $100 promotion. I've bet my $100 - they haven't given me my kickback although they replied to my email saying I'd get it within 24 hours (over a week ago).

Yesterday while watching race 10 from Hollywood, they didnt have any odds up for the 9 horse, making look as if there was no 9 in the race....
Also the will pays for the pik 6 dont get highlighted as if someone was alive to that horse, or it was a horse that would be a 5 of 6 payout....

They must have some real non horse bettors running the show on this website.....

Problems ONLY on DERBY DAY ?.....thats sounds great .

I have used 'Phonebet'............(parxracing) for over 10 years and while it may not have the bells and whistles of some other sites................it has been very solid in wagering and collecting. Minimal issues with computer or phone, even on big days.

I have had a YouBet account since 2001 and a "TS account" from when PP were free with a BrisBet account....about the same am't of time.

BrisBet was A-ok until CDI took over...then BrisNet went "downhill" when it became TS. Same thing now with YouBet morphing into TS.

It seems the incompetents like CDI take over...they have the money.
TS a/k/a CDI's main focus is return to CDI shareholders. That is a FACT.
The underlying assumption is "gamblers gamble no matter how bad the service".

Believe me...the conversion for a user like me...both YouBet and TS account holder was a comedy of errors. I couldn't log in to either account...online or telephone. Who can hang around on "hold" for 55 minutes...that is how long I waited to get to CS one day.

CDI will not improve. They knocked out their main competition from YouBet.

Look at CDI's record with the tracks they own...no daily handle figures, no attendance figures, etc posted for EVERY CDI-owned track.

CDI is like Procter and Gamble. The product they sell is horse racing...just like P&G sells detergent...no difference. Want to know about the CDI product...get a annual report.

I completely agree with you. I miss YouBet desperately. The YouBet beta platform for TS barely works, and seems to worsen daily with more glitches.

The sad part about this is: I tried to send them something about this and that glitch on their "feedback" form, and it wouldn't work. So I sent them an e-mail saying their feedback form wouldn't work. I did get an e-mail response. It was blank

Another time I sent them a feedback (about platform glitches) which got through, and I got an e-mail response, but on this one you had to click to go on a secure website to get a "secure" e-mail from CD - which wouldn't work.

I took out some money (which was very fast, got into my account in 2 days) and they sent me an e-mail "confirmation of withdrawal" - which was blank.

I'm giving TS a few more weeks until the 3-year-old season starts at Gulfstream, then I'll probably just use XpressBet. I can't put up with the freezing up on the screen, odds not showing, pools not showing, video freezes, etc. I haven't been able to get the Pro wager pad to load, either (am using the basic one). Not my favorite platform, especially compared to YouBet's nice one, but it'll do.

I've never had any problems other than on Derby day. My bank was giving me a hard time once, and their customer service was more than helpful. That being said, I'm not sure the merger was a good thing.
