Only 18 posts but start date is back in 2006 so do I call this one new anyway?

Going back I see a Giacomo thread was started way back when (oh my God I just got a headache. Amazing how that happens every time).

For those who would argue, here...

If Zenyatta isn't awarded the title she rightfully deserves, it will be because a majority of voters have little understanding of what's in the best interest of racing. In my 40+ years as a racing fan, no single horse has done more for racing in a single year than Zenyatta. Rewarding her for this singular accomplishment transcends all other reasons for casting a HOTY ballot.

Runner up for the sickeningly (is that a word?) annoying has got to be the new Bonnie Jay.

For those of you who have been following Satish's comments on At The Races, the book Headless Horsemen is a wonderful read --should be read by all of us--and so verifies Satish's frustration with the "Dinnies." Made me want to do something, but I haven't yet figured out what. As we approach the Breeder's Cup with its outstanding line-up, let's remember that we need to work together (with Satish) to improve racing for fans, owners, trainers and --mostly-- the horses!

I rest my case.
Yeah, I noticed that about Silent Screen. SS seems to have a woody for the Moss horses.

I am curious about that poster.
