![]() But you're right; you do get it from a number of sources. American cheese is fairly high in it, and if you drink soda or beer from cans you're ingesting it, too. That said, aluminum reaching toxic levels in someone's body is pretty rare; it's likely Larry Jones has a predisposition to it. In any event, glad he's feeling better and back to training.
