These top flight turf horses are gonna be tough to pass if they are allowed to set soft fractions.
No way does English Channel sit 2nd off of TTM. EC will be 3rd or 4th sitting about 5 lengths behind TTM. English Channel cannot win the race if he stays within 2 of TTM.

If he sets faster fractions than he did in the Million...he certainly can.

Just curious is there any horses who like to be on the lead that might be pointing to the Turf?

Look at the fractions TTM set in the Clement Hirsch and he was all out to hold off TH Approval. If he tried running those fractions and you think he was good enough to hold off the likes of Cacique and EC...well....I just think those two are a touch better than TH Approval.

Cacique has had plenty of rest...and the Joe Hirsch took very little out of EC. They are both gonna be fit and ready to go come BC day.
