You don't force a ball into double coverage when you have a guy in the middle of the field and he's wide ass open. I realize Brandon Tate's a second year guy - but if you can't trust him when he's wide open in space over the middle of the field .. when can you trust him? Brady knows he missed that after the fact - and the game goes fast - but you know who truly is the best NFL reciever to ever live? It's the wide open one. And it's an easy throw when the wide open one just so happens to be in the middle of the field. Cromartie is big, strong, can run very well ... and when he knows the guy he's covering is just going deep every time and there's a safety on the warning tracks back there - it's like a major leauge batter who knows the fastball is coming every pitch - and doesn't have to worry about a curveball or a slider or a change up. Adjust how? If you have Moss working underneath in the middle of the field - what do you do with Welker and the tight ends? .. Welker is slower than friggen dirt and smaller than a circus midget .. guys like that are totally useless on the outside. Guys have roles and you have to work as a team to win in football. It's not the NBA where you keep feeding your best player and he powers to the hoop everytime. |
