He has had over 1 1/2 years to accomplish something. Everytime he blames it on the Republicans. That's his favorite excuse. Im sure once Karl hits Mexico he will be sending them money that we can't afford to give. His ratings keep on dropping. Its not just me who thinks he is worthless and incompetent.
