Nice gesture, or demonstration of the socialist/communist/Marxist corruption of the wealthiest in the world? Discuss.
Well it is a nice gesture to the colleges and medical facilities. I don't know of much humanitarian aid will be shelled out! Will be interested to see the list of donors.....but hats off to them. THEY earned it, THEY can do with it what they will.
