OK, saw more of the video, and I agree that the White House jumped the gun in firing her, probably saw the same edited footage that the rest of us did.

Fortunately Fox News has been running the complete story, along with a link to the complete video on their website, and Bill O'Reilly has dedicated his entire show so far to the issue.

Fair and balanced always wins in the end.

What's interesting is that since NBC, ABC and CBS did not cover the story on Monday, watching Fox was the only way to keep up with the story from the beginning -- and this one had way too many twists and turns.

A regrettable episode for all concerned. And yeah, if this all broke sooner, and was cleared up sooner, I would not have started this thread in the first place.

Holy crap. The reason it was such an overblown and inaccurate story to begin with was because of Fox's crappy "reporting". Once again, the Obama administration capitulates and lets that complete joke of a news network lead them around with a leash.

now, that is the funniest line i've read in some time. and maybe none of the other networks covered it early on because they were actually trying to find the whole story?? better to get it right then to get it fast.
