so I shouldnt pay extra for a flouride rinse at the dentist twice a year?

Personal preference, I suppose.

Honestly, I don't even know if that's the same fluoride that's used in municipal water supplies, though I'd be surprised if it wasn't.

Which, by the way, isn't even fluoride.
