It's not either, it's both.

There are no "death panels". There is no government involvement in one's medical care decisions. That's between you and your doctor.

There will be less insurance company determination of the same, as there are now consumer protections that prevent alot of that.

Timmi, the blog post that comes up is from July 2009, and refers to the House Bill. The House Bill being discussed wasn't what was eventually passed. The Senate bill was.

The majority of this board is older, so I expect this place to lean right.

But if people think Obama is done, I believe they are sorely mistaken.

It will be a long fought, split down the middle battle to see who wins the next election for President.
