On Shark...

RIP

Translation:
Derby Stallion of the Great died in plane

In a product of an unfortunate accident intractability attack, the stallion who came to join the padrillera the Haras Gran Derby, died in flight to hit his head when he fell on his own weight.

According to telephone conversation with the Haras Gran Derby veterinarian Dr. Julio Rodriguez, multiple factors that could cause such an attack of nerves on the rich son of Danzig, among those listed claustrophobia, the typical pressure in the ears or just the feeling vacuum to be in flight.

In conversation telephone sustained Dr. Julio Rodriguez, we reported the death stallion occurred in flight due to a crisis intractability that made would stand on hands and out to back falling on its own weight beating fatally. Also knew that was the only Thoroughbred coming embarked.

I'm sorry and yeah I know, I can't imagine either.

* * *

I've been trying to think of what to say about Mr. Umphrey who I was such a fan of and who has been in the waiting for news on thread.

Not being a good enough writer to do him justice, I'll simply say that the very difficult decision was made by those close to him, after injuries he had suffered in a race at Philly, to let him sleep forever and be free of pain.

It seems like, from things I've read, he was always a barn favorite.

I appreciate the people at Philly for passing on my email and am so grateful to his trainer for writing to me.

I can't imagine being the one to make such a decision.

I'm only a fan but as a fan I'm thankful that someone had that kind of strength, that kind of compassion, and let him go.

Goodbye, Mr. Umphrey. You were so much fun to follow and root for... thank you for making life just a little bit happier.

Rest in peace.
