Impossible. The best health care in the world is expensive. It would be like Ferrari being demanded to make their vehicles 'affordable' I know you've posted various UN ratings etc. but the clearest indication that we are the best is the fact world leaders including the recent visit by Canada's Premier (for a minor heart proceedure) come here for their health care.
