Its more important how Burnett pitches, and for how long Burnett lasts. Good grief, your team is the one who lost game 1 and needs this game. Your bullpen sucks right now minus the Sandman. For the Yankees to win this game, they need to be focused on shutting down the 2 guys that killed you last night rather than worry about some guy named Pedro...For one moment, forget about his history and all his Cy Youngs. we got jogged on in the end of the season often.. we were very up and down this year (but that is just how baseball goes)

no jogging, galloping, or even trotting since the real games started.. it could always happen though, its a funny game!

Just being lazy. When they started playing L.A., they stopped being lazy. Understood it was time to go. They toy. I knew we were dead (in the series) in the middle of that 1st game. This wasn't the same team we played during the regular season. This team has versions, and we were never gunna beat this version.

Yeah, but how many of those games came with it south of 47 degrees on the thermometer?

I'm finding it funny that Pedro's ability to win this game against his "daddy" is being questioned because of the weather.

also, honestly.. 50 degree's isnt that cold. 38 would be a different story. cold weather is tougher on hitters than pitchers... try catching one at the end of the bat.. your hands will be hurting for hours!

I dont have an answer to this but I have to imagine its more than you might think. It gets this cold in September in Boston and New York and hes also pitched in about 10 post season games (guess), that I have to imagine half of them were around this cold.

He may well get pounded on tonight but I doubt its the cold that beats him. Its really not even that cold out.

this just came up on the fan .....was lee using pine tar , look at how many times he touched his hat last night , francessca wouldn't get into it with the caller
