The thing I remember the most about that race was the display of strength and power that Laffit Pincay, Jr. put on that day. It just felt like he picked Spend A Buck up and carried him under the wire. In that perspective, it was one of the greatest rides I ever saw.
A $2M pot.....and it was a pick-up ride no less! Great, great race! Thanks so much for the picture!
