He is beyond brutal when he has to throw it more than 12 yards downfield. I thought he might just be a big dope who's a slow learner... so much for any projected improvement.
McFadden was a freak out of the Wildcat in college ... I'd mix a traditional offense with Russell handing off to Bush and Fargas a lot and mixing in short passes ... with McFadden running the wildcat. It's amazing how well the Fins run the wildcat with Pennington lined up at reciever ... Jamarcus Russell looks like an elite NFL tight end and throws like one from an accuracy standpoint.

A classic case of the million dollar arm complemented by the the 2 cent head. He probably can launch it 80 yards but can't complete the swing pass to a wide open back if his life depended on it. One of Al's best draft selections ever....The Pat's love Al and Al loves them right back..
