i agree with you but it also depends on how many times he's been arrested in the past.. if this is a multiple time he's been arrested, he may get some time.

Yes, I heard from talking to someone in town earlier today (didn't read the TU story). In these circumstances, there's a big difference between 2 AM and 8 AM.

unfortunately i have. i used to be young and stupid. if hes selling ,hes most likely using. almost every small time coke dealer is a junky. if hes not at the track by 8 am. he was probably up all night snorting. if youv'e ever done it, you know exactly how the game goes with that crap. people don't make much money off a losy 12 grams.
