I could see him being the 4th choice instead of the 2nd choice (but then again ya never know). He SHOULD be like 15-1 or 20-1 but I wouldnt be surprised if he's 7-1 or 8-1, instead of 5/2.

Have you looked at the PPs for this race? I don't buy that the Colonial Turf Cup was much tougher than an allowance against older horses at Delaware. Nicanor will be 8/5 and should be 5/2.
