How about a main pick and an one and only one alternate to be used if the main pick scratches. I think whomever is the leader should post their picks first(by noon raceday). We don't want another situation where the leader simply picks the same horses as we saw in our prior contest. Even with this format I can forsee many instances when the picks will be the same. Good Luck... Should be fun
