at the very end of a 5 min PR speech promoting the OB plan the newscaster will say something like "and the GOP released their healthcare plan today. Democrats say it falls woefully short of what is needed" and that will be that

in and of themselves they worked , the treasury took in more $$ when the cuts were enacted , GWB had trouble on the other side of the balance sheet, but , he got the revenue side right
