I wouldn't be so quick to say that. He was solid in the Gulfstream race in February. He also had absolutely no chance in Dubai.

Yesterday he was forced into a very strong pace for the course conditions and he came up short. He struggled over similar footing in the Woodbine Mile last year and while his BC win was earned on soft ground, he was making the third start of his form cycle that afternoon and benefited from a perfect trip.

I think once they get Kip back on firm footing he'll be back to himself. Though, I will say time may be catching up to him.
