I think the bottom line to all this is Jess Jackson and co. did not spend $10 million to sit on her and watch her train.

come on...2 weeks rest....I agree with your point, but you are being extreme, and your comments on the Belmont are taking it a little far.

Extreme....this is a silly response to my comment of waiting 5 weeks for the Belmont vs your thought to run back on two weeks rest

I think the chief difference between Rags to Riches and Rachel Alexandra is that Rags to Riches had the proven distance breeding. RA is really well bred too though.

I wasn't trying to be coy or sarcastic... if Jess Jackson wrote a check for $10 million, I would be surprised if the Preakness wasn't on the ledger. While I would understand waiting for the Belmont, I think the Preakness makes sense for just as many reasons, if not more.

The article about Wiggins losing her on the Bloodhorse mentions since she'll have to be supplemented, she might not even get in because those horses have last dibs getting into the race?
