Looking Forward
Not what I was expecting to hear, but it is what it is. She will always be the flagship & cornerstone of the DEE TEE nation.Thanks for everyone's involment as she brought alot of friends together at the old racetrack and know we look forward to seeing SUMWONLOVESUS ???

If we cant have the thrill of watching ""our Girl"" race anymore... Lets just hope she provides some young colts & fillies for us to cheer her on again !
She can go from our first horse to our first in the breeding shed ! Thanks for running your heart out every try and the future ""little swly's "" ! You are allways FIRST place in our hearts !!!

Steve,
I hope you are doing okay!! That was an incredible piece of writing.. very emotional and touching... made me tear up. Thank you for that heartfelt note. Also thanks to you and Chuck and Thebby for doing the right thing for the horse. While I wasnt a part owner of this filly... she will always be at the top of my list as a favorite race horse, and horse in general. The summer of 2007 in Saratoga Spring was by far the best for me in the 13 years I have spent my summers there.. Dont think it will ever be as good. Not only was I able to spend lots of time with the beautiful filly, but I made lifetime friendships with tons of great people that I probably would have never met if it wasnt for Sumwonlovesyou. The retirement news makes me sad, but we should all be so greatfull that she will be able to have a happy retirement and will be loved by so many across the country for the rest of her life!! Just make sure she gets that big butt of hers scratched once and awhile!!!!   you Sumwon!!

Thankfully things were caught early. Although I was not part of the 01 partners, I still felt part of the family (as I'm sure most everyone here did as well). It was a HUGE thrill and honor to meet her in Saratoga in '07 & definitely made my decision easier in being part of the other partnerships.
Hugs, kisses and many peppermints to you gal. We wish you all the luck and happiness in the world !
