Some job staying aboard by Joe, let alone rallying to win the race. But I think it's amazing that he couldn't find a clean trip with only 4 other horses in the race and then he tried to force through a hole that might not have been there.

The best part about the races today at Hollywood was needing that horse to stay alive in the pick 4 and then hoping that one of the 3 mules I have in the traditional bottom level maiden claimer in the finale come through for me. Now granted I had the first and second choice along with the 4...but noooo they don't even run in the top 4.

I just love Hollywood Park and SoCal racing. They really know how to shake things up with the maiden claimer to end the card every single god damn day they run. Or at least 95% of the time. I figure the only qualification to be racing secretary out there is to not drool more than 32 ounces a day.

You were alive in the pick 4 at that point?
Some great handicapping to get that far. That f*ckin blows. My hats off to you anyways.

The MCL finale gets old. I almost automatically assume I'm going to have to use half the field when I'm playing a multirace wager out there.

Yeah I'll make a copy of it tonight. That's the 2nd painful beat in pick 4's this year. I can't take many more of those.

You think 19 other horses is going to present a problem?

Watch on the turn.
That horse was trying to run right through two horses,
alamo was fighting him to avoid
destruction. Then the damn horse does it again
in the stretch. Luckily for JOe, the 1 drifted out
and provided an opening.

That horse wanted to run up the anus of any other
horse in a bad way. I think this is just another example
proving that horses are not bikes or race cars.
No bike I have ever ridden had that type of determination.
