Since US has requirement for minimal protein
they cheat by putting in a substitute that
tests as protein but does not metabolize as
protein. They had a bunch of babies over
their get very sick from lack of protein in
their milk due to milk producers cheating.

They constantly skirt rules trying to substitute
less expensive ingredients. And when it gets
exported, its trouble. They dont seem to mind
as much if it hurts their own people. But if
this cheating taints their "legitimate" exports, thats
not good for trade. Everything they export comes
under more scrutiny by the US and the world.
