Yes, they can be quite scary, but they are very unlikely to cost you the P-4 at Gulfstream today. My thought is that Beethoven might do that.
It is obviously a tough race, and I realize that you have to exclude somebody to make it a playable wager, but I was very impressed with his effort in the Holy Bull. I also like that he is cutting back and figures to be just off the pace, while most of the other contenders are stretching out.
