Yes, she almost made the cut a few years ago at the Sony Open, but that was on her home course that she knows like the back of her hand. Other than that, she has performed poorly in other PGA events she has played in.

You're forgetting the John Deere Classic when she was 15. She basically only had to par in to make it, and her nerves got her. But she could have done it there.
