I'd make Maryland 3-1 and Louisianna 9-5.

Ha-Ha...

Only 1 and they are looking to get him pardoned.
Thing is about Louisiana they all get in trouble but no one ever seems to go to trial...ya know that quick and speedy court system we have here.

Shoot I'm still in disbelief that Jefferson didn't get re-elected..that Rep. with 90K in cold cash in his freezer. He still hasn't gone to trial was supposed to the beginning of this month...but no surprise post-poned again.
All the black ministers...go figure....were proclaiming their support for him!

Huey Long...well he just got assinated...

But my hat is off to Illinois for trying to take our spot as the most corrupt state...Thank you!

Federal corruption charges. Two things that the FBI spokesperson just said was

1) Pay to play scandal
2) Opportunity of selling the senate seat (said selling wasn't the 'proper' term but along those lines)

How much interaction does a governor have with a senator?

just a taste

Defendants ROD BLAGOJEVICH and JOHN HARRIS, together with
others, offered to, and threatened to withhold from, the Tribune Company substantial state
financial assistance in connection with Wrigley Field, which assistance ROD
BLAGOJEVICH believed to be worth at least $100 million to the Tribune Company, for the
private purpose of inducing the controlling shareholder of the Tribune Company to fire
members of the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune, a newspaper owned by the Tribune
Company, who were responsible for editorials critical of ROD BLAGOJEVICH;
