They use an antifreeze from what I understand, similar to what you put in your car. BTW would be the one to answer this question officially.

The horses are crap once GP opens, but that kind of helps it because the mediocre horses can't run against the biases- so for example when a speed horse who had been fading drawn outside gets an inside post, it's almost an automatic bet.


The second part for me is I'm an almost comically bad turf handicapper so no turf is actually a gain
