![]() I can't profess to be au fait with many of the European horses running this year, let alone their American counterparts, but I have had a cursory look at a few of the races and felt that Conduit looked to have a really good chance in the Turf.
I remember another St Leger winner, Milan, running a fine race in this a few years ago, staying on dourly in pursuit of Fantastic Light, but reckon that Conduit is less a staying type than that one and is more likely to have the pace to stay in contention as the race is taking shape. According to YouTube, at least, Grand Couturier is the horse I'd be most concerned about, his last success deeply impressive. But at 9/2 and 6/1 you can afford to have both on side.
