Most of the press and the US Senate also believed there
were WMD's. I believe that GW believed there were WMD's.
We made a concerted effort to find them. We had all the
right units lined up for the search. Which might be part of the
reason we were so ill-prepared to help stabilize the country.

Why would we make such a big effort to find what was not there...
We screwed up. And as more has come to light it appears that
Cheney might have known and manipulated more than anyone which is scary.
