But while they keep trying to force the race on turf or synthetics while Curlin's connections are willing to square off on dirt it is a joke. IEAH is scared of facing Curlin on the dirt, and they should be.
If Curlin is the best horse and they were planning the ARC, surface shouldnt matter.

A win over Big Brown for Curlin, would mean more than another victory in a "grade 1" over the likes of Baracola or Evening Attire.

Curlin tried the turf and was just good on it, they intelligently abandoned the Arc plans after it. They have absolutely no reason now to have him set foot on it again unless they are serious about a 5yo campaign.

What would mean something would be for Big Brown to come to the dirt and take on Curlin. I beg them, right now, throw down the guantlet and declare they want to meet at the Clark. If Jackson doesn't show up then he's the pu$$y. As long as IEAH keeps trying to, for the first time in American history determine the championship on something other than dirt, then they are being the pussies.

IEAH wouldn't go to the Travers cause they might get beat.

IEAH wouldn't go to the Woodward cause they would get beat.

IEAH didn't throw down the gauntlet and say they wanted to meet Curlin in the Mass Cap cause they would get beat.

IEAH wouldn't go to the JCGC cause they would get beat.

And IEAH won't say they'll show up at the Clark to settle the score cause they would get beat.

Great "champion". I'll vote for Anak Nakal who beat Big Brown in the test of champions. And I can't wait for Einstein/Red Giant/Cosmonaut/Out of Control to show up on 9/13 and show Big Brown just how sorry this 3yo crop is.

nor the 3yo filly champ and possibly not the defending Distaff champ and maybe not even the runner up. Should be a great BC to see Europe and Japan show how far superior they are to the best in the California claiming ranks.

Shipping to california has long been an excuse for east coast based horses to duck the BC when it is out west. Now they have the poly as well.

If those 4 show up at MTH on 9/13 BB will be finishing 5th in that race.
