I watched NYRA races for free on the Race Replays website as recently as a week ago. Have you tried since?

It was discontinued a few days ago. Going to http://www.racereplays.com/nyra/

returns a message about the regulatory issues

I think it's time for me to sign up for a racereplays plan but the live streaming issue is distinct from it and I believe NYRA should be streaming its feed online.

NYRA has NEVER been able to stream it's VIDEO on line. NEVER. Sound, YES, At one time. Video, NO.

NYS Wagering board has some regulatory issue that HAS PREVENTED NYRA from streaming their program. EVER.

Anyone with a "BRAIN" would realize if they could, they would.

Man, you are a bit jumpy today. He was referring to the race replays that have been available free for quite some time that are now no longer available. Must have had a tough day.
