Id like to see Ben Hogan with todays technology vs Tiger if anyone it would be Ben Hogan. But Jack has nowhere near the physical and athletic gifts Tiger has so he loses there already, Tiger has more shots, more imagination, a better ballstriker, and he is the better putter. There is no more comparison between the two, only thing that is between them now is the 5 majors Tiger needs to break Jack's major record.

If anything though Jack is far and away the sportsman, gentleman, and class on/off the golf course. That I cannot dispute or would debate over.

I totally disagree with the putting comment. Jack NEVER, NEVER missed a putt on 18 for birdie to win. Tiger makes more longer putts than Jack did... but I'd take Jack on a pressure putt on the last hole.
I do agree that Tiger has more shots and is a better ballstriker (but part of that is due to the better equipment of today).

When it comes to Jack and Tiger with course management, Jack blows him away.

I have a hard time agreeing with that. I'm not saying Tiger is better at that, but I think they are very equal. You figure anyone, that has the discipline to hit 1 driver in the course of 72 holes, in a major championship like Tiger did at Hoylake...that's the definition course managment. He missed 4 fairways all week...an amazing 91% of fairways hit in a major.
