Whitfield has taken alot of campaign money from good ol' Wayne Purcell and The Humane Society of the United States (an anti-animal ownership, AR group), and Whitfield is one of Wayne's most reliable puppets in Washington.
Whitfield is not going to help horse racing. Be very, very afraid of Whitfield, and the animal rights bozos who are whispering in his ear, telling him how to best control (eliminate) horse racing.
